AOS, Associates in Automotive, Truck and Diesel Heavy Equipment Service Specialist


AAS, Associates of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology with option: ICE Internal Combustion Engines.  (Gasoline spark-ignition or Otto cycle, Diesel compression-ignition, Rotary or Wankel, Turbine and Steam.  Including fuel studies, alt-fuel, dynamometer testing)

My Background:

 

I've been a major contributor to the growth and success of a diverse blend of Fortune 500, Dow 30 and privately held German owned organizations over the past 20 years. 

I promote products as solutions and foster long-term partnerships, building business on trust and integrity in relationships. 

 

My goal has always been promoting positive and innovative solutions to the end-user (the owner).  I have led manufacturing distribution growth in territories for companies in National Account Management, OE Sales, Fleet and Aftermarket Sales. 

I have a thorough understanding of product management, quality management, business development, strategic planning and sales team leadership. 

I'm a resolution thinking Mechanical Engineer with an MBA solving issues before they are problems with a clear sense of business acumen. I pride myself in doing what it takes to achieve positive growth, possessing a high level of critical thinking and thriving on bringing successful results in a challenging and competitive environment. 

My success comes in gaining new product acceptance for trucking fleets in North America and also growing the sales of commodity products in mature markets. 

A proven sales leader negotiating on product merits and solution selling, expanding business by constantly thinking "outside-the-box" using Lean Six Sigma and other ways to market/promote and obtain sales.
